Executive Search is our specialized recruitment service to seek out and recruit highly qualified candidates for senior-level and executive vacancies across the public and private sectors, such as President, Vice-president, CEO, MD, CFO, CIO, COO and non-executive-directors.

While all our consultants are Head Hunters, only our own most experienced and qualified Executives fulfil the role of Executive Head Hunter as they are able to communicate, attract and negotiate with C-level candidates, having themselves been in C-level positions.

We research the availability of suitable qualified candidates working for competitors or related businesses or organizations. Having identified a shortlist of qualified candidates who match the client’s requirements, we act as an intermediary to contact the individuals and see if they might be interested in moving to a new employer.

We listen your needs, and then source qualified candidates, do the necessary screening of the suitable candidates, generate a top 5 shortlist and assist with negotiations on remuneration and benefits, and only if needed, we assist in preparing the employment contract.

Some of our clients have moved towards using our executive search facility for lower positions with great success, driven by the fact that there are fewer candidates for some positions, even on lower levels than executive.

The competencies our Executive Head Hunters expect from C-level candidates when head hunting:

  • Effectively delegate management duties;
  • Assess their direct reports against key metrics to ensure quality performance and improvement over time;
  • Effectively communicate to a wide range of both managerial and rank-and-file employees in various settings;
  • Work well with groups and in one-on-one settings to help create the corporate culture; and
  • Emulate the traits and behaviours valued by the organization’s leadership.

We guarantee to find the right profile of candidates first time. We are experienced head hunters, not database searchers. We actually use the rifle approach and target our candidates based on your needs. Most agencies use the shot gun approach and hope that they hit the target with your next hire. Everybody knows that snipers have much more success than anyone who uses a shotgun.
